The attentive service and attention to detail were exceptional, making us feel truly at home. The location is perfect - central yet serene. The staff's quick response when my wife fell ill was remarkable, showing genuine care and concern. The room service, along with the laundry and dry cleaning services, were prompt and efficient, enhancing our stay. From the delightful welcome drinks to the sumptuous meals, every aspect was top-notch. It was a truly spectacular experience, and we can't wait to return and recommend The Place Firenze to everyone we know.
